Writer Erin O'Brien comments on all things human.
sometimes, only sometimes, i want hair like that, gorgeous long thick hair (which i would, if i grew mine out)...and then i remember.knots. lost pony-tail holders.worrying what to do.that horrible awkward stage between short and long.and i dont want anymore.plus, i can get up in the morning, run my fingers through my hair, and i'm good.but sometimes, just sometimes...i lust after hair like yours.
Lovely. Just lovely.I'm a ways behind you - mine was brushing my shoulder blades, but I just had 2 frizzled inches lopped off. My hair hasn't reached my waist since I was 10 or 11.
Nice hair. :-)
Erin, Is that you? It looks like a Gustav Klimt painting. Very soft and beautiful.nadina
Shaina: My hair is long only because I hate going to the salon. I should do some style or something, but I don't. One day I'll be an old lady with long gray hair and everyone will call me Miss Havisham.Norm: woot!SxK: I need those 2 frizzled inches trimmed myself.Tree: Nice glasses.n: Yes, that is your dubious hostess. Thanks for the compliment. "The Kiss" is one of my faves. I think the pic is soft only because I accidentally had the cam on low resolution. Then I had to crop out a little too much (ahem) information.
Hair.Okay, it was light years ago, but thanks for the memory of a freer time.
This brings back memories, and still more memories.
Sleek and Hal: LOVE THE PIX!!M mega-tresses are still intact. I took this pic less than a month ago.
My Thursday is complete!!! Bless you.

I resisted the temptation to link to my Leopard Skin Armor photo (you know the one).I, too, thought of Klimt. But only after I thought, "Lower, please." :)
I mean, at least give us the Plumber's View!
Simply beautiful. I've been growing mine out after a crazy cut-it-all-off moment three years ago...
Nice hair, but how do you wash and dry, I have never figured that one out. Figured about everything else out but how to wash really long hair?
Larry: Wow! Your Thursdays are long, dude!S11: Thanks. It's all yours baby.Doug: I actually did have to crop the photo ...Renee: I know those moments. I get 'em sometimes, but then it keeps growing and growing.JW: You start at the top, baby, and work your way down.
Hair my ass!
Toby: Better than a hair up your ass, no?
I have been too overwhelmed to comment on the post until now.I have rarely seen such a wonderful thing, Madame.
I cannot see hair. I can only focus hoping to see more of your ass.
Wow. I love all the pix. I might have to propose to Hal if he promises to grow his out again. I wish I had a pix of when mine was that long but it was never that thick and straight and shiny. It was wild and curly and flew in every direction. I sobbed for an hour when I cut it the first time. Now I can't imagine growing it out again. It used to take forever to comb through the tangles.
