Center-right, center-left - its a lot of hogwash generated by people who really don't know what they are. Left is not now ,nor has it ever been a dirty word. The changes Obama is bringing are pragmatic ones by a liberal ( left) President.
Think of it as the old "toilet flush in Australia" theory: now that the boat is being rowed on the other side, we'll just go in circles in the OTHER direction for awhile. LOL!

The Republican Party is dead. They have no plan. They have no morals. All they have is pseudo-intellectual buffoons and losers. And traitors. Is it any wonder the young people flock to Obama? Conservatism will survive, but it won't be called Republican.

Republicans may just be on the verge of being perceived by the rest of the world as America's version of radical fundamentalists. More exlusive than inclusive, more autocratic than open, more saber-rattlers than diplomatic, more naysaying than....Well, you get the point. And I didn't even get to right- wing Christian fundamentalism yet.
