Thank you, God, for middle America.

There's gotta be a story along with that and I would expect our crack blog hostess to fill us in. 'Cause that's a little strange, even for Cleveland.

Is this for real..?

They've been doing this for 52 years according to the official website:

eggshellandohio.tripod.com/

Did anyone else manage to catch the movie?

Oh peeps. Eggshelland is a Cleveland phenomenon. It's just a few streets from where the Goat grew up.

I don't know the answers to all your questions, but there is a movie and probably tons of articles online.

I jut thought it was a nice way to say hello today.

erf erf erf.

I don't really do Easter, but OMG, Eggshelland is the way it should be.

How cool that it's in your hood!

Loved his musical selection. Perfectly tinny and corny.

Indeed it is a Cleveland phenomenon. It's even fewer streets over from where I grew up and went to elementary school. In fact, I'm pretty sure I went to elementary school with their daughers.

P.S. Is it just me or does that old Easter Standard "Up from The Grave He Arose" sound a little creepy?

It's just you.
