Ugly cupcakes and a Toynbee tile

Today, the Free Times is introducing FREEBLOG! and although Yours Truly is a contributor, editor Frank Lewis posted a short entry on Toynbee tiles that is arguably one of the best blog posts I've ever seen.

I like to be a destination blog instead of a reference blog most of the time, but today I'm making an exception. Go the hell over there and read that post, which evidences the fact that I might not be the Clevelandiest Clevelander in all of Cleveland after all. How could I have not known about this?

Note from The Administration: The Administration would like to note that the Authoress (with which Administration has endless difficulties) derived great pleasure from tagging this mostly nonsensical post with the four unrelated items that she has somehow brought together in the mysterious confluence of her mind. The Administration will try to reign in the Authoress, although The Administration admits that previous efforts to do so have been unsuccessful.

That's very...interesting.

As for the last tile, all I can think of is AIDS?

WTF??

Very cool nonetheless.

Now I want to visit Cleveland.
