The worst thing you will read all day
When The Pina Colada Song came on my iPod during my walk today, I let it play all the way through.

God damn, the fact that you have that song on your iPod at all is bad enough!
An old work friend wanted the song on a mix CD, but did not have the computer capacity to burn it herself, so I downloaded it and did it for her than never deleted it.
Sad but true.
Implicit conversation if we believe the RH song:
Husband to wife: "I didn't know you had half a brain."
Wife: "If I had more, I wouldn't be married to you."
.... been there and done that, Erin...... oh yeah....
Eric
Oh, come on, Erin. You can come clean on why you have that song on your iPod. =-)
I actually bought a copy of it from iTunes -- but I have peculiar taste anyway.
Alright, that's it!
I will NEVER speak to you again.
For years, I have hated that song with a pure and unwavering fury. Hell hath not venom akin to that which I directed in Rupert Holmes' direction. I hate that song worse than I hate any tune by Madonna, and long-time Dean-watchers will tell you that this is saying something.
But if we were driving in the car (say if we were driving down to pick the Goat up from work before going to drink beer down by the river) and it were to come on the radio and your face lit up, I wouldn't turn the radio off.
(giggling)
Incidentally, that tune has a cameo in two movies: American Splendor and Detroit Rock City.
I'm not going to say which scenes, though!
