Writer gone wild

The administration apologizes in advance for the following.

I am tapped out so I am just going to do what we writers call stream of conscious writing. That is when you start typing and don't stop. You just type whatever comes to your head. I have a cat jar on my desk. It is a cookie jar. I bought it for my gram when she was alive because it looked like a big old tomcat I had named Al. He weighed 18 pounds and used to sleep with me when I was single and love on me. I loved Al. He got sick and died. He was 8 pounds when we put him down.

Gram loved Al too. When she died my aunt said, "You gave her the jar, you go on and take it." So now I have the jar. It is next to a music box that my dad gave me that does not work. It is a crystal domed thing with two dancers that would twirl around to "Somewhere My Love." Then there is a picture of Dad and one of my brother.

I have way too much dead guy stuff. This isn't working out so well. I have to go now.

Bye.

Sounds like you could use a break O'Brien.
You're a great writer, Erin, that doesn't mean you have to be writing all of the time !!
I need to dig up some music to send you, but in the meantime, I am sending you big sleepydog hugs. O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O

Posting random thoughts usually break the cycle, at least for me anyways.

Wow, I'm sorry. Maybe if you write today, it should be just for yourself, to get out your feelings, rather than trying to produce something to show.

It sucks when mourning sneaks up on you after time, doesn't it? Take good care of yourself today and try to remember the good stuff. If nothing else, maybe viewing the video in the last post again will cheer you up.

Hugs!

Hey, at least you wrote. I've been in a funk for several reasons this week and haven't been able to put together a real post for several days.
