Jelly Bellies, my favorite candy. They are little and cute and shiny. I never tire of them.
Mini Reese's, Butterfinger egg, dark chocoloate m&m's and--heaven help us--candy covered malted robin's eggs--I love those effers. Love to sort of suck on them until the coating melts, then let the inside malt part get hot and melt in my mouth. Yeah, baby.
Yeah.
Salt licorice. Not for everyone, but if you dig these mamas like I do, you know what I'm talking about when I say they are so down. These start out hard, but once you work 'em over, they soften and turn salty/licoricey/sweet. These are unlike any other candy you've ever eaten. So sexy and adult. Get 'em at a European deli. Or find them online. I have no idea what brand I eat, I buy them from a Middle Eastern deli downtown. They come out of a massive unmarked jar. I only go single salt. Go double or (yikes!) triple if you are a bad mo fo.
KitKats and Reese's extra crunchy. Yes, yes, yes.
Peeps. I personally can't stand the little mothers, but I give 'em street cred for attitude and staying power.
Gummie Centipedes: chewy candy bugs, what's not to love?
Dig this chick if you want the candiest of all candy blogs ever.
Stay sweet babies and stay tuned.

yes, yes, yes those also, and them.... ;)
I'm a psycho for Laffy Taffy, Circus Peanuts, candy corn and Cadbury eggs... and really, if you combine peanut butter with chocolate (in any form really) I am beyond blissful. As a matter of fact, I get a hollow chocolate bunny and a jar of creamy Jif in my basket every year. One of the highlights of Easter for me is smashing him to bite-sized pieces... 'cuz then I have my Easter chips and dip :D
Yes, I'm 33 and I still get a basket. So??
You know those buttered popcorn flavored Jelly Belly beans? Those taste like vomit. I will not eat them, I pick them out and feed them to my unsuspecting friends as a joke. Ha ha ha!
I like spice, no sweet tooth at all, I cry every halloween, why cant they give out garlic, onions and japelenos to trick or treaters?
Denny: You're the sweetest of the sweets, baby.
Valyna: I love your pix. And I'm 42 and I still get an xmas stocking.
Hedy: I dig the popcorn ones! Go figger ...
JW: According to your profile, you are 104 years old. And still trick or treating, are we? You come over here on Halloween and I'll give you some Geritol.
Excellent photography!
I'm a big fan of the gummy sharks. I love their yogurt bellies. I also love the vanilla marshmallow bunny/egg with milk chocolate. I like the Snickers' egg too. The caramel is sort of melty ...
You are so linked, babycakes!
I can't seem to post a link into this box, biut if you amble over to Baroque Mansions you will instantly recognise your picture.
Glad you had such a fruitful Easter. And I love the cat. And the eggs in the snow. And the ears. You have so captured the whole spirit.
Peeps!
I can't stand the little mothers either, but no other candy is as entertaining in the microwave.
Helen: I don't do gummies, but put the pic in cause they're downright pretty.
Ms. B: As you know by now, your post has lit my fire. Let's see if the good Mr. Appleyard responds.
Elisson: Finally, something fun to do with these effing peeps! I'm nuking those little mothers like all get out! I can't stop laughing!
