Friends, I have been known to say that you're no writer in my book unless you've written a shopping guide, summer event calendar or a bevy of "Best of" entries. The good Lord knows I've penned my share and then some, but this shopping guide, my latest for Fresh Water, is by far the quirkiest and most fun list I've ever had the pleasure of pounding out.
Who says you can't fit the Terminal Tower under the tree? Who says you can't have Earl Sheib standing guard over your bra?
Now then, today's graphic comes from one of the gift sources I cite in the article. If you want to hear the whole story about the Theatrical and why I love that shirt so much, you can read it over here.
Yeah, yeah ... Long live the CLEVOS!

@ Erin-
I sure am fond of that Theatrical piece. It's times like that I miss the symbiotic relationship between a print outlet and a matching bulletin board behind the desk.
MR
Erin I have found the best puzzle ever for you. see link below

Johnny Football.
RJ
@ RJ-Sorry, but these are the realities of a Browns sports fan: Johnny Manziel is twenty-two years old, and in ten years he's got a chance to be thirty-two years old. For every Clay Matthews we've seen 20 Mike Junkins. Ozzy Newsome? We've had fifty Kellen Winslow II. The great Paul Warfield? A thousand of Willis Adams or Brandon Weeden. We're creatures of cynicism, inoculated against optimism.
For the sake of good friends who still buy the tickets, I hope I'm wrong.
But we all know I'm not.

@MR-
On December 10, 2014 it was reported that pitcher Jon Lester agreed to a six year, $155 million deal with the Chicago Cubs that includes a vesting option for a seventh year at a total of $170 million.
Hope springs eternal.
RJ
@ RJ--Anymore when I see a dollar amount like that for a pitcher, the only positive I can take away is the overarching certitude that the signee will never pay off for the signer. John Lackey, Wayne Garland, Barry Zito, Carl Pavano, Kevin Brown, Jason Schmidt, just off the top of my head.
MR
(I bet MR knows all these.}
Must read for Owners Manual Sports Fans.
Ouick. Without Looking. What was the "Miracle of Richfield"?
"Finding the Cleveland Misery Tipping Point"-Bill Simmons, Grantland
