Sex machine? No doubt in my mind. They 20-year-old part might be a bit of a tall order, though.

For some reason, I have the impression you aren't terribly impressed with Bedford, OH.

We had a blast. Impressed? I guess it's a matter of relativity. It's good to see a funny little burg like Bedford pump life back into the old downtown strip with small businesses. And they are a bit quirky, but seem to be holding their own.

I wouldn't knock Bedford, but I might josh around a bit with it. Either way, I was happy to leave $30 or so there. And you gotta love a town that welcomes the Pagans back every year.

I Erin, I am very interested in reading the the article you wrote for the Cleveland Free Times -"Goodbye Sister Disco". I cannot find a copy of it anywhere. Is it out there somewhere?

Thanks so much for dropping in, Traci.

The original link has been dead for ages. I just uploaded a PDF of the article and you should be able to view it here.

If that doesn't work, email me at eobnow@yahoo.com and I will send you an e-copy.

Great article! Thank you! I wish it went on for 9 more pages! Your article took me back to a wonderful time in my life! You see, while going through some papers at my mother's house I found a copy of Night Moves Newsletter - Cleveland Disco News. It was the Nov-Dec 1978 issue. My boyfriend and I attended their Halloween costume contest and won first prize! There is a picture of us dressed in our costumes on the inside of the newsletter. (Grace Jones is in the newsletter) AFter finding "Disco News" I did a google search on Night Moves and a reference to your article appeared. THank you for forwarding it to me. I soaked up every word. Damn, those were fun times! Thank you for taking the time to forward the article to me!
