Up in Welles Maine, at a Dunkin donut's I saw Peanutbutter and Jelly Donuts.

I'm sad to say I didn't give it a shot though.

Shhhh....don't tell anyone, but I'd totally split one of those decadent donuts with you. It would be our little secret!

Good Gawd! Lutherburgers!

I've written about those before... cheeseburgers lovingly tucked into a "bun" of Krispy Kreme donut.

Gaaaah!

and yes, I love your blog too! It's a perfect read a the end of the day whne junior has gone down and I have my glass of red in hand! Thanks!

Hello everyone and thanks for your comments and kind words.

Krispy Kreme's are a popular brand of doughnuts--deep fried dough embellished with sugar or chocolate glaze or sometimes filled with vanilla cream or jelly.

These are sugar glazed and cut in half in order to accommodate a bacon-cheeseburger. I have no idea whether or not they're Krispy Kreme brand or not.

Framkly, just looking at them raises my cholesterol four or five points. eek!

I want to try that postcard thing, though. I want to tell a secret at that other site as well.

I saw those on Man vs. Food a few weeks ago. They serve those at a baseball field in Illinois; not the majors; not even the minors, unless it's way, way, way minors. I'm a vegetarian and HATE Krispy Kreme donuts, so I'm out on them. Just get me my vanilla creme filled powdered donut please.

Oh, and it sucks that I can't add the post secrets link to my dashboard. That blows. Thanks for the link, though.

Ok, not to use this post to call attention to another post on my blog, but... I had to. The talk about the donut-burgers is so well ingrained in my head now that this video I found made me think of it right away: http://www.mattconlon.com/2009/11/windows-7-burger-from-burger-king.html
