Phone cam round-up: travel edition

A proper photo essay of Los Angeles is forthcoming. Until then ...

Coffee while waiting to depart at Max & Erma's in Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. Wouldn't sit on that dumb barstool.

Wild snails roaming the streets of Los Angeles.

Terrifying tree trunk.

Black tie strew across a bush.

A ladies' sweater was folded atop a pair of high heels beneath an adjacent bush. I hope they had a good time.

ipods and gadgets for sale in LAX. Who buys an iPod in an airport? Dunno.

Mystifying hand dryer.

A big steer in the Houston Airport.

George H. Bush statue and misc. in the Houston Airport.

Bushi info.

Beetles copulating in my driveway upon my return home.

I thought the streets were paved.

Did you find a little beetle tie and sweater near the driveway?

Aah... I see you found the Dyson 'Air Blade' hand drier.

I know they're more efficient but for some reason its just not as satisfying as having your hands blasted by those noisy old hand driers; they're like furious desert winds trapped in a box.

I don't blame you for not sitting on that stool. It looks as if it should have privates lurking in the upholstered part.

The tie, the sweater and the heels look like evidence.

As for the beetles... Well, nobody has ever thrown me a Welcome Home Party.

They have the ipod vending machine in Houston too! I think I took like fifteen shots of that Bush statue. I started to offend the Republican I was with.
