Senatorial blow

Oh great. Now all these Senators are talking about this great moment and how proud they are and critical issues and the founding fathers.

Why don't they just drop to their knees and fellate each other?

OMFG I just had silmilar thoughts (aloud) earlier during the re-broadcast of Countdown With Keith Olbermann when they gathered before the press to give their post mortem:
Too many dicks ... not enough orifices.

Erin,
You need to drink a bottle of wine and get laid.

It will help you stop obsessing about this.

And don't wuss out, drink the whole damn bottle. Well, maybe half a bottle. When you drink as much as I do, a bottle ain't what it used to be.

If they weren't all completely lying out their orifices it would be easier to take. To be visiting a disaster upon their constituents in reality while in fairytale land to be saying things like "we are protecting the retirement accounts of our elderly folks" (paraphrase) like Harry Reid is quoted in the CNN article about this vote is just gross.

These people are waging deliberate war on the purchasing power of the U.S. dollars we all count on for our existence. And they are lying to us about it.

EOB - note that your boy Obama voted for this shite. (So did McCain, of course.) My man Ron Paul has been on TV preaching the gospel about what is really going on here during all this bailout stuff.

Thanks for hating it, EOB, by the way. I love you, lady.

Everybody just chill, we've been down this road before, we'll survive...and this handy dandy interweb thingee is going to lead to a level of transparency in business and government that has never existed before.

George Washington and Alexander Hamilton faced a similar situation in 1790. Interesting history.

And the senator from Idaho requests time; granted; Senator Craig, the floor is yours.

After the cameras stopped rolling, that is precisely what happened.
